Delivery
If you buy a bike off the shelf , next day delivery is usually possible as long
as payment has cleared. (except in very busy periolds)
Bikes can be delivered ready to ride by a cytech qualified mechanic, who will fit the bike to you
and ensure you are happy with the way your bike is set up.
If you order a custom made bike, delivery is usually within 10 days, However the tandems and
recumbents can take a little longer.
We are also very happy for you to collect any of our products from us packed or
fully assembled, free of charge.
If you arrange your own collection, we accept no responsibility for loss or damages
that occur once the bikes have had their pre-delivery inspection and left our premises.
N.B. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE BELLABIKES and BAKFIETS ARE DELIVERED BY US AS THEY
ARE NOT DESIGNED TO BE FOLDED OR DISMANTLED FOR TRANSPORTATION.
